Accessibility Statement

This portal is designed to be accessible to as many users as possible. It is built to meet the requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.

Our aim is to ensure that all students and staff, including those with disabilities, can use the portal independently.

• Bilingual support
  All navigation and content are available in Welsh and English.

• Keyboard navigation
  Menus and interactive elements can be accessed without a mouse. Focus indicators are visible and the navigation menu includes ESC key support.

• Screen reader compatibility
  Pages are structured with headings, landmarks and labels to work with assistive technologies.

• Colour contrast
  Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG contrast standards.

• Skip links
  A skip link is provided to allow users to bypass repeated navigation.

Known limitations

• Assessment reports
  Reports are supplied by the OHIO system in PDF format. Some reports may not meet full accessibility requirements. The portal displays these files as received and does not alter their structure.

• Third-party content
  Some content provided by external systems may not fully comply with accessibility standards.

Ongoing commitment
